Initial Consultation
We begin with a brief conversation to understand your project vision and schedule a site visit to review existing conditions. From there, we determine whether a preliminary budget or pre-construction agreement is the best next step.
Pre-Construction
During this phase, we enter into a pre-construction contract for an agreed-upon fee. This allows us to dedicate the time and expertise required to develop an accurate, comprehensive estimate—not a guess.
Contract Review
Once the pre-construction phase is complete and the refined budget is approved, we move forward with a formal construction contract outlining scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Project Kickoff & Management
Your project is assigned to one of our dedicated Project Managers, who oversee all day-to-day operations. Using JobTread, Gantt scheduling, quality checkpoint lists, and toolbox talks, we maintain accountability and ensure excellence from start to finish.To protect communication clarity, we ask that all project-related discussions flow directly through your Project Management Team.
